.M&S your stores are disability unfriendly. I visited your store in #mallofindia, Delhi, and there isn't a single chair or bench for people to sit. We had to request them to bring out a bench from the trial room. One employee even just denied being able to help.

24 hours later, despite M&S India being tagged by M&S , there's been zero communication from their end. Guess, some customers are more "valued" than others.

Here’s the thing, EVERY building, especially government buildings, needs to be accessible for people with disabilities and senior citizens. This is not just about the registrar, it’s about accessibility, awareness, and accommodation. WE DESERVE THE SAME RIGHTS AS EVERYONE ELSE!

Terrible experience at IGIA. Very poor wheelchair assistance. Highly disorganized. Overhaul of the management system URGENTLY required. Mr. Manish Sharma was sympathetic and tried to sort the issue for us today...But this is not the first time.

As a frequent wheelchair user at airports, this is not an uncommon experience. They treat you like luggage, as if you are disposable. Completely unacceptable and abominable!
