This is about me. The Cards are trying to backtrack. Multiple security personnel were involved but only one screamed in my face and berated me. And the Cards made some lower level manager do their dirty work and apologize to me. They haven’t properly addressed this.

It was me and I agree I shouldn’t have complied. But the security woman was literally screaming in my face and all the other security personnel went along with it. I was stunned. And the Cards made a lower level manager do their dirty work and apologize to me.
