Not all LDL is bad. Small dense LDL is atherogenic. HOWEVER… Large buoyant LDL is not associated with cardiovascular risk. If you’re eating meat and see your LDL go up, measure your LDL/ApoB to determine particle size. A ratio above 1.2 is protective. #carnivore #longevity
