An advice that never gets old while looking for #phd and #postdoc advisors. For the record, I got 4 phd supervisors (yes, it’s a thing 😉) and 2 postdoc advisors and all of them are not just brilliant in their fields but also the kindest people I got to work with. Blessed I feel.

What are you doing here? Do you really belong? -- questions Lisa D. White dealt with as a kid. Now she works to tear down more barriers to science for today's kids. What was her path from there to here? IWasaKid.com @theJR AGU (American Geophysical Union) Lisa White [email protected] #scicom

Interviewing for grad school soon? Some bits of advice: 1. Send thank you notes to all faculty you speak with 2. This is a two way interview. You are also deciding if the program is a good fit for you - don't forget this Check out the episode for more: bit.ly/3fCflEo

Today we celebrate #WomenInScience. I’ve worked with great scientists who are women and want to acknowledge their contributions to science, thank those who expanded the field and came before me, and share some reflections on the science field today. (1/10)
