I am excited to share our work, out now in The Lancet Neurology, showing cell-based measures of gamma-secretase activity and amyloid production predict clinical, cognitive and biomarker features in autosomal dominant AD. Link to paper: tinyurl.com/ye2a3d5u Alzheimer's Association #AAIC

Multi-day learning curves (MDLCs) scores diminish ax Biomarker groups, but not uniformly. A+ status regardless of T-status is associated with diminished Digit Signs MDLCs, whereas being T+ drives worse performance on Face Name and Groceries Prices MDLCs. Good work Roos Jutten ๐Ÿ‘
