It’s sad that there is a perfect form of protest that addresses everything the right way and solves the problems being protested and is serious without being threatening and peaceful without being frivolous, but no one is allowed to know what it is :(

as a northwestern tour guide camping out at the rock to paint it to was such a big part of the NU lore we were peddling. obviously tents = good when theyre part of the quirky campus culture but tents = disruptive and dangerous and when theyre for protesting genocide
