#NephTrials Remarkable thing is that SGLT2 inhibitors are supposed to work via proximal tubles. When you don't have many of these tubules anymore, why would they work? Post-hoc analyses, however, suggest they do even at low eGFR.

#NephTrials Most trials include either predialysis, or dialysis or transplant patients. These are the stages of the Renal Lifecycle. We include all 3 groups in our trial. When a predialysis patient reaches dialysis, they do not stop, but continue in the trial. Hence our name
