@askAnthem I mailed a check on Fri when we were told the payments had to be in by Mon 1/6 or no coverage. Still no invoice.

@askAnthem I signed up (CoveredCA) in Dec and still no ID cards. I paid Jan in late Dec & just mailed off Feb payment. When will I receive?

@askAnthem I am now being billed for Pediatric Dental (no kids!) and Cust. Svc. told me to call Covered CA which has been no help. Help!
