I've been thinking a lot about purpose lately. It's one thing to keep on living, another to feel alive. And I've been living for a very long time. I'm Ronan Jones, I'm over 500 years old, it's my debut and I want what everyone else wants; a normal life and my latest purpose.

Trust me. Mondays have always been like this.

Anyway, I'm sorry I haven't been around very much. Daughter's ill so I've been looking after her and whatnot. When not doing that I've just been training.

I'll tell you what, I usually feel fine and don't feel as old as I am but there must be something with Mondays because I feel ancient every single week, on this exact day. The devil is real and he invented Mondays.

I'm also still looking for places to wrestle. I'll travel if necessary, I don't expect a lot of companies probably come up Paisley so I'm willing to reconcile on that. I've been at this about a year or so now and I could do with spreading my wings a bit
