X - It's been a while! HELLO!! I'm now running a youth employment charity called RISE UP. We support 16 - 30 year olds! Ps the pic from #RISEDAY where a group of us tackled Snowdon to raise funds for the charity.

Great to share my story along with the work we do at RISE UP earlier today at RSA Insurance. 40 people were live in the audience and 2000 tuned in online! Youth unemployment is a big issue in the UK and itโ€™s important we continue the conversation. We all play a part!

Great to be on BBCSundayMorningLive this morning discussing calls to raise the pension age. I believe we should focus on the 872K young people that are currently unemployed along with plugging the skills gaps. What are your views? ๐Ÿ‘‡ #BBCSML

'There are people in the jobs office telling people not to work?' 'Exactly that.' 'That's crazy.' Charity worker Roman Dibden reveals young people are being advised to stay on benefits as they won't be able to afford 'disproportionately high rents'. Tom Swarbrick is stunned.

Really good to join the wonderful Rosie Wright on Times Radio this morning! โค๏ธ Thanks for shining a light on the current youth employment crisis! Young people do want to work and I truly believe they deserve more than the current cards they are being dealt!

โ€˜Weโ€™re painting all young people with the same brush.โ€™ Roman, who works in youth employment, tells Nick Ferrari heโ€™s wrong about Gen Zโ€™s work ethic.

200,000 more young people are out of a job today compared to a year ago. I visited Rise Up - a fabulous charity in Manchester - to see how theyโ€™re helping young people get work-ready and into jobs. We canโ€™t afford to lose a generation of talent.
