Huge congrats to PhD student Roman Barth who now is DOCTOR Barth as he just successfully defended his PhD thesis “Exploring SMC motor proteins and how to stop them” (308 pages thick, 13 publications!) for which he got a cum laude distinction!



🥳Our project, MembraneMachines, has been awarded an #ERCStG grant! Huge thanks to European Research Council (ERC), my amazing team, collaborators, and everyone who has supported us on this journey. I can’t wait to dive into the exciting science ahead!!
