RSA politicians before an election: "None of our names are mentioned in a corruption scandal." Has that become the biggest requirement to gain voters' trust?

It’s rare that anyone can steer you toward the right career, but a good mentor can steer you away from the wrong job. If you don’t know what you want to do, start by ruling out what you don’t want to do. #ThursdayThoughts

Our character is on display in the moments when we declare victory and face defeat. Grace is celebrating a win without gloating and accepting a loss without complaining. Our choices today set the example for the next election—and the next generation.

While we might disagree on policy and have philosophical differences, we can never be content with childish behavior from elected leaders. For once please take your position seriously. #TrumpTantrum #WorkTogether for all!

Let every vote be counted, and allow the GOP to pursue all available legal routes (for the next 30 days). But stop making baseless claims from a very influential platform. You have a responsibility to the constitution and all citizens. Donald J. Trump

Unconditional support to leaders is never a good idea. That is how Hitler came and stayed in power until he completley ruined the country and the world. Keep them accountable, expect more from them and question their decisions and behaviour, and be informed. That is democracy!

What I am seeing: A clear cut difference between Presidential statesmanship and an aspiring dictator. Trust the process you won by yourself. I also now understand how Hitler managed to came to power, because at least half of a civilized people are willing to follow like sheep

It is difficult but can be done. Centrists need to consolidate and take a stand - we get too bogged down on ideological differences instead of shared values. We cannot allow ourselves to be silenced by what is essentially a small groups of extremists on both sides.

It's not psychological safety if people can only voice what you want to hear. The goal is not to be comfortable. It's to create a climate where people can speak up without fear. Psychological safety begins with admitting our own mistakes and welcoming criticism from others.
