CH4 sensor doing the biz! Next to the compact met station. Natural Resources NRC Canada #permafrost #methane collaboration, outer Mackenzie Delta, NT.
Just wrapped up fieldwork investigating CH4 release in the western Arctic with colleagues: Peter Morse, @leximollica, Claudia Wood, @JackieGoordial & Jalal & Chase from NRC Canada. It was so nice to finally work with everyone in person. Here Peter takes notes at a #pingo.
It was a pleasure to work with the incredible Jalal Norooz Oliaee & Chase Sun from the Metrology Research Centre NRC Canada. We used their in-house developed sensors to measure & map natural sources of #methane. Jalal makes final preparations before a day of surveying. Geological Survey/Commission géologique Canada.
