If you snooze your alarm and scroll through social media you are far more likely to start the day feeling lethargic.

Do not snooze. Do not check social media.

You don't HAVE to eat just because you're hungry.

Hunger sensation only last about 15 minutes at a time, so if you can wait it out that long, you'll forget about it for a bit.

Just be disciplined.

And no, you're not 'starving'.

Starving is a very strong word πŸ˜‚
