‘I don’t think any manager in the world could have saved us’. That sums up the mentality of our squad in a single quote. We had to win a few home games. A decent manager instils a bit of belief and makes that possible.
We’re unbalanced at RWB and LCB and seem to lack legs and quality in midfield. Front 3 are a threat, especially Dennis, but we’re a long way from the finished article. #WatfordFC
It was ‘great news’ when Giraldi went and similar when Nani went from memory. The one with the real power is Gino Pozzo and that won’t change. Bayat is a prime example of that, he’s had influence for years.
Kayembe and Choudhury should be either or options in our midfield rather than played together. We’re crying out for some genuine quality in there to feed Asprilla and the front 3. #watfordfc
Rob Edwards put his faith in Watford in the summer to be a good next step for him and we’ve pissed all over that trust. Disgraceful decision, regardless of whether you think he’s up to the job.
If Duxbury had a backbone, he’d have resigned a long time ago. Genuinely what’s the point in having him at the club? Pozzo just ignores everything he says and does anyway, so why bother? Just leaching a massive salary out of the club at this stage.
£15 for a coach to Luton is absolutely farcical. It’s not a daytrippers away day, it’s the fans who go home and away every week and they can’t even subsidise a coach. Very poor IMO. #WatfordFC
You can’t sack Edwards based on the performances he served up and then stick with Bilic because it’s arguably worse. No excuses with injuries either, it’s just so passive. #WatfordFC
