Dunno who needs to hear: I don't need a portable Rabbit/Humane AI device (my phone is fine) but I need a good screen+AI for my house:
- Google Nest only seems to work 1/2 the time
- Meta Portal was great but they decided to kill it

β€œMicrosoft’s predicament is one of the first concrete examples of how the pursuit of AI is colliding with efforts to cut emissions….

This isn’t a challenge for Microsoft alone. Its competitors in the AI race are Alphabet Inc.’s Google, Meta Platforms Inc. and

Looks like Robokiller is no longer part of IAC, and is now owned by the same folks who bought Evernote. I don’t know much about their β€œplaybook”

β€œWith a closer view, several characteristics stand out that are common in AI-generated images:

1. **Symmetry and Blending**: AI-generated faces often have symmetrical features and smooth blending between elements (e.g., hair, skin, background), which can sometimes appear

Brains are weird. I still remember my go-to weekend lunch order at the office from the banking days 25 years ago. Toasted onion bagel with roast beef and cheddar cheese (mayo, no mustard) from Ess-a-bagel on 3rd Ave.
