Absolute CHAOS Stansted Express Train stranded at Harlow Mill for 30 mins with no explanation. Now told going back to Harlow Town. Passengers clueless abt how to get to Stansted Airport. Zero advice from staff.

After 25 mins of radio silence we’re now told the train is going back to Harlow Town and terminating there. No explanation of how the hell we’re meant to get to Stansted Airport from there. Thanks for nothing huns
