Exactly! It was not just Srebrenica, and not just July 1995. Tens of thousands were slaughtered by Serb forces from early 1992 onwards in multiple Bosnian municipalities. The ICTY genocide indictments failed (Krajisnik, Jelisic, Brdjanin, etc), often due to poor argumentation.
