VO2 Max test ✅ I’ve been wanting to get a baseline for my VO2 max after being in a wheelchair for a while. The goal is to better understand where I am at from a cardio standpoint and train more accurately moving forward. Thanks to @pitfitinc and @vqlabsindy for the creativity.

Back on the podium at Indianapolis Motor Speedway. While a win was what we were fighting for I’m still very proud of the effort from @bha this weekend. Leading the championship going into the final round. Ready for a fight!

P2 in VIR! Tough weekend for us but we showed how strong we are as a team at BHA. Forced to start last after an issue in Qualifying. Harry had a great opening stint and got us in contention. The 33 team had some great pitstops and strategy which put us up into podium contention!

A hard earned P3 at Road America. Harry grabbed the pole and had a great first stint. Ultimately we didn’t have the pace to fight for the win. It was a full team effort to maximize our day and the 33 team managed our race beautifully. Onto VIR in a couple weeks!

Final gym session before Road America. Driving with hand controls still requires a lot of thinking under stress, so doing these drills as my active recovery between my interval training has been great for me. Ready for a good weekend!
