Hey #GItwitter, this case demonstrates some important points during EGD: 1. Don't rush! Take a few more seconds passing GEJ and retroflexion as GEJ lesions can be easily missed. 2. Make sure to insufflate the stomach adequately to be able to thoroughly examine the GEJ

A clip or Hemostatic forceps or both are highly effective therapies for post polypectomy bleeding. Hot biopsy forceps are a cost effective method that allows for dual modality (thermal) and (mechanical / clip) bc they are inexpensive. #GITwitter
