Building from our Small paper, we report a sulfonated COF for atmospheric water harvesting ๐Ÿ’ง. Sulfonation shifted water uptake onset to <5% relative humidity. Another fruitful collab with KleitzGroup. Out now in ChemSusChem: โ€ฆmistry-europe.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/csโ€ฆ.

Sometimes simple approaches work out! We thermally oxidised a hypercrosslinked polymer (essentially just baked at 300 ยฐC ๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ) to improve its hydrophilicity and, hence, atmospheric water harvesting ability. Check it out: pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acโ€ฆ

Yesterday we unveiled our Forschungsstelle (Research Hub) in Lustenau, Vorarlberg with Vtrion Research. We had a great day meeting with future collaborators and even the Mayor, Kurt Fischer ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡น ๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡บ ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ. Looking forward to bringing applied doctoral research to Vorarlberg. ๐Ÿ”ฌ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡น
