Could practising your coaching make you a better coach? What are the best (and most representative/“game-like”) ways to do this?

“Formal” coach education ain’t all bad, it seems! This 1992 study found positive effects on junior baseball player enjoyment and retention after coaches attended a pre-season workshop on coach-athlete interactions. The best form of player development is coach development!
