Curing burnout is a process. It's not just about taking time away, but about rebuilding healthier habits to avoid burnout in the future. For a lot of ppl, the last 2 yrs blurred the lines between work and home. Nobody will draw those boundaries for you. Work certainly won't.

Debriefing must be an integral part of end of life care. Caring for those at the end of their journey is both an honour and emotionally challenging. We need to make sure debriefing becomes second-nature for all-especially with students in their first experiences 🤍
