Many thanks Dr Sean Creaney and Jayne Louise Price! So helpful to be able to set out the many ways in which we collaborate with academia. Crucially, alignment between evidence and delivery is most likely to lead to improved outcomes for children, their families, and the wider community.
✍️ What are pre-sentence reports? Why do they matter? And what's going wrong? Following a concerning report from HM Inspectorate of Probation about the inadequacy of pre-sentence information provided to courts, our latest blog makes a case for high-quality PSRs to support effective sentencing.
A big thank you to Ioan Durnescu and Faye Taxman for bringing a global perspective to our reflections videos! Based upon a recent edited book, they set out four grand challenges, including the need to focus on relationship building, culture change, and community support.
