Just back from the UB Economic History seminar, where Dr Alka Raman delivered a brilliant talk on import substitution and cotton manufacturing, challenging established interpretations of the Industrial Revolution in Britain. A truly inspiring seminar!
Absolutely! It was fantastic to join the 'Meet the Editors' session at #EBHA2025 - in my case, representing Industrial History Review. A great chance to exchange ideas, and connect with colleagues and participants. Thanks to Nicholas Wong and everyone who made it such a rewarding session!
