Thought for HBCU leaders: make sure you make like comparisons when developing performance metrics. Comparing a PWI with a 20-27 ACT range and 29% Pell to an HBCU with a 15-19 ACT range and 71% Pell for graduation rates is a recipe for failure. Those are 2 different populations.
