Oncall training/update day for Therapies dept RLI team. Practical/theory stations this morning, trachy update, Paeds case study and chat, call out case studies. Just a full Paeds training session to add. Thanks to our fab respiratory teams for the day.

After a long couple of weeks and spending lots of time with Critical Care - Royal Lancaster Infirmary I have a reprieve and got very excited to discover an update to our TheAPCP Awake Time leaflet for NNU, a colour printer and a colour photocopier! These little jobs are big achievements in a busy time!

Went to watch Primary School Assembly Bangers by the fantastic James B Partridge - absolutely brilliant! Laughed, cried and sang! So much fun and a lot of memories came flooding back! Can highly recommend and apologise to anyone I sing at over the next couple of days!

Trying to decide whether to brave the 80’s theme (somehow over my uniform!!) for FGH 80th birthday on Friday??!! Anyone else? I’ve done Halloween/christmas/rednose day before but blend in - not sure a tutu and leg warmers will blend in 😂 Donate anyway and help our charity 😍

Happy 40th FGH….not sure I’m happy about being older than the hospital though 😂 had to change my tshirt to 1985 with masking tape and Bay Hospitals Charity made me rock the side pony tail after biking for my smoothie!
