Ohio’s new brand is a new take on an old favorite. We are returning to something familiar, something with an emotional connection, something with heart. We are 𝗢𝗵𝗶𝗼, 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗶𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝗹.

For some, the brand may evoke feelings of nostalgia. #OhioTheHeartOfItAll was Ohio’s brand from ’84 –’01, and it still holds a special place in the hearts of many. While we’re proud of our past, this refreshed brand looks to our future and speaks to everything Ohio is about!

Today is National Peace Officers Memorial Day. It is an opportunity to honor and remember those law enforcement officers who made the ultimate sacrifice, as well as the family members, friends and fellow officers they left behind.

It’s time for Ohio to fund students, not systems.

This is something we all knew, but it’s still disappointing to see the real numbers. Campuses should be a place where people learn from the views and experiences of one another, and this only discourages that.

Higher education admission will be based only on a student's merits and not the color of their skin. It allows everyone who holds a degree from a University to know there is no asterisk next to their degree. They achieved based solely on their individual effort and merit.
