This group is learning to work through adversity and play as a team. There were ups and downs today but the sound of the dugout during our 24-8 win to end the day was awesome. First win in a tournament!!

If we can throw out assignments (and we should), then we have to reconcile our response when kids miss assignments. It's practice. It should only help. It should never hurt. Took me too many years to come to grips w/this. The point of practice is not the points from practice.
