The kind of work we’re called to is, “the expenditure of energy (manual or mental or both) in the service of others, which brings fulfillment to the worker, benefit to the community, and glory to God.” John Stott

“Kings have a scepter that symbolizes authority. Priests use a censer that symbolizes worship. One releases power, the other a fragrance.” Authority In Prayer

In the Gospels, -Jesus asks 307 questions, -he’s asked 183 questions and only directly answers 8 questions… Why do you think God’s preferred communication is with questions?

Work isn’t a 4 letter word. Look at Genesis 1:28, man, made in the image of God, was given WORK to do. The work of creating, ruling and reigning was the original mission of man. What if the Gospel wasn’t only about not going to hell…what if it was being restored to work?

Pastors spend hours a week preparing sermons for people who already believe. Meanwhile, Jesus sent out 72 ordinary people to heal the sick and preach the Kingdom. Maybe it's time to train your congregation to do the work instead of just hearing about it on Sundays.

"If God could do a miracle in your life, what would it be?" I've asked this question to thousands of people around the world. It's amazing how a 13-word question can open the door to demonstrate God's goodness and see lives transformed.

Everyone wants to see miracles until it's time to pray for the sick. Jesus said "these signs will follow those who believe" - not those with a special gift. You're a believer. Go lay hands on someone and watch God move.

The Great Commission isn't the pastor's job. It's not the missionary's job. It's YOUR job. Every follower of Jesus is called to heal the sick, cast out demons, preach the Gospel and multiply disciples. Stop waiting for permission.

I used to think evangelism meant standing on a corner with a bullhorn. Then I learned to ask one simple question: "If God could do a miracle in your life, what would it be?" Now I see God heal people in gyms, grocery stores, and parks. It's that simple.

Paul didn't tell Timothy to find the most talented or charismatic people. He said find the "faithful" ones. But how do you actually recognize faithfulness? Emanuel Prinz studied 147 movements across 21 countries and I think he found the answer. #WhatStartsMovement

Churches growing the fastest don't have the best programs. They have: Clear mission: Make Workers, not just converts Simple process: Go, heal, preach, train, multiply Ordinary people: Trained to do extraordinary things Nothing fancy. All multiplication.
