SDKs (Software Development Kits) are invaluable tools that help modern developers build integrations faster. However, not all SDKs are equally capable. So what separates a great SDK from a poor one? An effective SDK: - Provides models that represent key objects and data types. -

What we've learned from LLM is that when your sample is monstrously large, induction can fool you as it becomes nearly indistinguishable from deduction.

Looking back at the monolith first vs services first debate at the age of AI. I'd say that if you have to move past the rapid prototype phase, you probably want to move to services to keep things at AI digestible sizes so you can continue to iterate with them

Creating an SDK developers love is about 2 things: 1. Make it easy to use 2. Make the docs clear How to do it - Create great docs with all the information they need to decide. - Include a simple getting started guide, and make sure it works. - Provide examples and demos. -

We're big believers in #opensource at Voxgig - and we encourage and support our team to work on their own projects, as well as our company open source. We're pretty excited about a new project our colleague Aleksandar Milenkovic has been building this year - a new language!

For years, I’ve been asked whether I’ll ever write a book about @Nodejs. I’m excited to announce the time has come. Presenting “The Definitive Guide for Node.js in Enterprise”, a labour of love by myself, @Lucamaraschi, and every single member of the @Platformatic team.

Hi friends! I have exciting news to share... I've joined Apollo as a Sr Developer Advocate! I'll be helping developers who work with REST APIs successfully integrate their services into GraphQL by using Connectors to quickly build subgraphs for a federated architecture

If you’re a DevRel, then you’re one of those lucky few that have managed to find their “superpower” in the workplace. We spoke to Karl Hughes from Draft.dev on the Fireside with Voxgig podcast about finding your thing, and making it work for you.

If you want a remote role, you should be eyeing startups. Most startups try to avoid operating costs like having an office in favour of having more runway.

OpenAI this, Anthropic that. The best example I’ve seen of a normal, small Irish business using AI is Lenehans hardware, over 100 years in Dublin’s Capel St. Added a customised AI bot which is better than search; walks you through DIY stuff. Full story: m.independent.ie/business/techn…

A little while ago, we had the pleasure of sitting down with Katie Wasilenko for a chat about her amazing work in DevRel - an area where you’d be hard-pressed to find someone out there with more experience and passion than Katie.

Antonio García Martínez (agm.eth) I met this guy who told me about how one time in the desert he saw this busted statue fallen from a big ass pedestal on which text talked about all this cool stuff done by the guy depicted, only guess what, there wasn't shit around that statue in every direction.
