This was an excellent listen on SaaS in Ecomm

My own view is actually in line with Taylor Holiday

The free market dictates the outcome - not any theory in either direction and people buy for *many* reasons

I also think Taylor has incredible insight into SaaS business models

The consumer internet is changing in 2 fundamental ways:

One is AI.
The other is tracking.

Yet, many VCs are very focused on the future of AI and view tracking as an esoteric concept.

I suspect that in 10 years, they may regret this.
