At the hospital. Finally hit my breaking point and just miserable rather than depressed. So overwhelmed and tired of dealing with mental issues I just wanna be normal

Went to urgent care. got put on hydroxyzine to help with the panic attacks, should hopefully tide me over the worst bouts at least while i try to recover. I wasnt that bad depression wise I definately was panicking about the return of depression potentially.

Another day another woke up early and couldnt back to sleep. at least the medicine seems to keep me from getting all worked up about it. so just get to be tired instead @_@

Stream for today. Luckily seems my scare was brief. Hopefully will sleep better tonight but i'll probably be calm regardless
