Maybe by establishing the needed radically different/new social/economic gov systems in parallel. Which eventually make the failing systems irrelevant.

Why doesn't Congress just require drug prices to be no more than average prices for the drug in the rest of the world?

We need a #Constitution that facilitates/encourages more than 2 parties. Should also encourage diversity by not allowing elected representatives to run for reelection while serving as a representative. Also need full disclosure of all election related funding & decision making.
