Every YouTuber wants to connect with their audience. But, how much time do they actually spend with them? Tough question. The truth is, connection is hard. You have to roll up your sleeves and do the work. Fortunately, it's what makes you stand out. Your viewers will love it.

To be a great YouTuber, be a great student. Show up early. Ask questions. Stay late. Do your homework. Get extra credit. Schools reward those that do this with good grades. YouTube rewards those that do this with cold hard cash. Make the most of it.

You don't think YouTube can be a career? You don't think you have the right skills? You don't think there's an big enough audience? Well, here's the truth: you're right. But, here's the good news: you can change your mind. Be encouraged! If you think you can, you will!

Good ideas aren't enough on YouTube. There's millions of them. But a great idea? There's few. So, I want to challenge you to find one great idea today. Choose a minimum view count of 100k or 1m (depending on your relative size). And, find 3 example of it. You'll thank me later.

Making YouTube videos is great and all. But, you know what's better? Touching grass. You may not feel like it helps... But it does. Trust.

Most YouTubers chase the next trend. The problem: it never pays off. What if they didn’t chase? What if they knew their identity? What if they focused on their strengths? I bet they'd save time. Have less anxiety. Get more views. Choose the better option: Being > Chasing
