Legal Technology Strategy in Law Firms almost always follows a set pattern - push it down to the ‘Innovation’ or ‘Alternative Legal’ team. #COVID19 is causing a shift in that mentality, and this will expose many of the current deficiencies. Things will never be the same again.

Legal Operations seems to have started with a flourish, then receded into 'initiative' mode rather than being an agent for change. I am optimistic when I read content like this from Mary O'Carroll. It's all about adding value, and to do that we have to define what value is!
