My new, all year gonk head, from my mum to let me know how proud she is of my new role as headteacher Noel Baker Academy. He’s going to have to take pride of place in my office!

I love my job. Every day. Today I loved it and was reminded that everything we do matters. The ‘long chats’ have led to this young person receiving most improved student award in assembly today. Nominated by her form tutor.
