I don't love or hate tv shows. Or movies. Or books. As a maker, I'm more interested in how it was created and why. I don't "feel" about media. I am not a fierce defender of a character or an actor. I don't like ignoring questions, so I answer, but people don't like the answer.
If context will help: I wrote a book of poems (Crush) about blood and AIDS. People tell me it's about vampires (it's not) and then they want me to talk about vampire shows, romances, and actors. They've been doing it since 2005. I try to ignore it. I answered this time. My bad.
Context on the front end -- Open topics: Comedy, Craft and (*new*) Villains.
Starter question: Dear Everyone, he did me wrong and I wrote a poem about it. The poems is not so great. He is boring and one-dimensional. I am shrill. What am I doing wrong? What techniques can I try?
