It’s crazy the overreactions

We know the #StLCards and Astros had agreed to a deal for Nolan Arenado this past winter, and we heard bits about the amount of money included. Did anyone ever report what the return was? I can’t expect it was anything noteworthy, but I can’t recall if names were reported.

I’m confused. Why are so many #StLCards so surprised or even embarrassed by the team’s lack of play lately? Did you just start watching? Have you not seen the previous two seasons or how the org hasn’t filled the obvious holes? I’m confused

Adding to this...were #StLCards fans suddenly optimistic because of series wins against LA and Chicago (neither team playing well)? That's two of ONLY three series wins (other against measly Nats) since the start of July. This. Team. Isn't. Good.

If you're a #StLCards fan and haven't seen what this kid is doing this year, go look. I know many hardcore fans of the minors know, but I love seeing a 140+ wRC+ with 45+ steals. The growth this year is tremendous.
