If there is one individual bird that highlights how important colour ringing and reading is it's this Redshank at RSPB Leighton Moss this morning. I see it every spring. I also see it every September in Lincolnshire where it moults.

Mike's a great speaker about climate and changes needed to achieve a sustainable world. If you're in the great city of Bradford then there are many worse ways to spend a couple of hours.
