Migeul is beating all the odds! He had severe flystrike and was collapsed as well as injured when he was admitted to Penmellyn St Austell. Their team did a brilliant job at cleaning him up and we got him straight over to the rescue and into an incubator, just look at him now!

Introducing Patsy 🥺 This poor girl has severe ringworm and very sore inflamed feet. She has been with us for a couple of days now and her feet are responding well to treatment, the ringworm will take time to treat and recover from though.

Yesterday was an incredibly busy day for us with 10 admissions in the space of just 2 hours, we currently have 106 onsite but thankfully lots of releases organised for the next few days 💚🦔🐾

A very busy day at the rescue 9 admissions, 3 releases and a vet visit! Aurelius here spent the day warming in one of our incubators and receiving intensive care 🫶🦔🐾

It’s been an incredibly busy few days, we have been inundated with hedgehogs found out during the daytime, weak, dehydrated and hypothermic. The team have been providing intensive care to try and stabilise them. We are now up to 118 admissions this month alone and have 98 onsite.

What an incredibly busy day… 14 new admissions! And we have a further 7 lined up at veterinary practices across the county to come in tomorrow. If you have a hedgehog in trouble or need advice please give us a call, emails and social media are not monitored whilst so busy.
