Had my Caberg Ghost helmet 4 months and the straps falling apart :( GetGeared say they need 2-6 weeks to investigate! Bad customer service or what??

Wow, GetGeared now saying that they can't complete the repair within the UK and the helmet would have to be returned to Caberg in Italy. Caberg are currently closed for an annual holiday but reopen in September. Estimated timescale one month, not including transit 😮 #getgeared
