Thrifty Car Rental it’s a complete fraud. I have pre-payed a mid-size car and when arrived they did not have the car I reserved. They only gave me the option to pay for an upgrade charging the doble.
If they cannot hold a pre-payed reservation, why should I pay for their incompetence?
