A perfect day in the PNW. I live for days like this!

Today is our beautiful Mieke’s 14th birthday!!She is an absolute treasure and joy! She has the most indomitable spirit, loves to go on walks and is our trail-blazer. Mieke makes everyone smile every day. She’s a precious gift and we are forever grateful for her!!

Saturday adventures.

Had a little surgery today. Looking forward to getting back to the piano in 6-8 weeks.

My caretakers are staying close while I heal from my surgery. ❤️

We said goodbye today to our precious, Mieke. She was the greatest gift and treasure and had the most indomitable spirit. Our hearts are broken and we already miss her, but we are forever, ever grateful. 💔 💔💔

On this International Dog Day, I want to say “thank you” to all of you who have acknowledged and left comments regarding the loss of our precious Mieke. Your thoughtfulness has brought comfort to us all. So grateful we still have Keelin and Josie to celebrate today.
