Great day of social studies planning with Meghan Humphrey! Some may look at this pic and go, “hmmm!” But this pic is an in-depth look at how to structure a lesson using GaDOE’s instructional framework. We also took a dive into GaDOE Inspire’s Velocity resources.

Be strategic in how you select work for students to complete while working with a small group.

Learning Targets are a tool to use. Posting them out of compliance does NOTHING for learning. Create them, use them, let them drive the clarity of the learning that gets you 0.85 effect size or 2+ years' learning potential. Otherwise, don't bother.

I love what I do! I love who I do it with! And, I especially love doing it for the kids!
