It’s been awhile since I’ve made any posts to my blog, but the start of a new year has made me think about the potential of it a lot late-Lee. This one is dedicated to all of my friends in education. Go do big things this year! rhondalatelee.com/2024/07/24/be-…

So proud of the leaders Mercer Middle School! So much accomplished in our Continuous Improvement Team meeting this morning! If your school isn’t having meetings like these, you may be missing opportunities to refine your practices and amp things up a degree! #212 Shannon Robertson

We have many choices every day. We make the decision for how we will act/react, speak love/hate, support/walk away, etc. Things won’t matter when we are gone. Our real goal should be leaving those we encounter with purpose. instagram.com/reel/C-spCQ4JE…

Great day of social studies planning with Meghan Humphrey! Some may look at this pic and go, “hmmm!” But this pic is an in-depth look at how to structure a lesson using GaDOE’s instructional framework. We also took a dive into GaDOE Inspire’s Velocity resources.

Learning Targets are a tool to use. Posting them out of compliance does NOTHING for learning. Create them, use them, let them drive the clarity of the learning that gets you 0.85 effect size or 2+ years' learning potential. Otherwise, don't bother.
