Amy Appelt is the most dominant goal scorer in Virginia Women's Lacrosse history. #19 was so much fun to watch & is a 4x All-American, 2004 Tewaaraton Trophy Winner, NCAA Champion, finished her career with 373 points, & is in the National Hall of Fame. Powell Lacrosse salutes Amy Appelt!
