So who gets #CRRT for #AKI : See mcstarr & @menonshina poster 🚨Age 0-25 yrs; median wt 26.8 kg ⚡️46% sepsis at ICU admission ⚡️81% have > 1 comorbidities ⚡️Overall 629 (64.1%) survived to ICU discharge ✳️CVVHDF is the most common (76%), & citrate anticoagulation (62%)

Finally- what about non renal outcomes in survivors? Kristin Dolan looked at Functional Status Scores (FSS) in 180 children who survived to discharge (dc). 🚨50%: worsening FSS at dc ✳️23% had new morbidity
