Baseball players can get faster from training like track athletes. This is after 2 months/3 days a week. We focused on correcting posture, technique, and all phases of sprinting. His first test day he ran a 6.70 (60y). Last night he hit 6.38 and this video 6.36 (Freelap timing)

Can anyone in the track and field world share with me why over 90% of all track head coaches positions, from junior high to college, are filled with those with cross country backgrounds?
