The Revisionist's Almanac 🎥🎞️🍿 I adore the LOTR trilogy, but other than that rousing, uncommonly (for a fantasy blockbuster) emotional final 30 minutes, I have to admit I was tired of that world by the time I got to ROTK. CITY OF GOD is incredible... like a Brazilian GOODFELLAS with 100x more energy.

Jacques Tati’s Playtime is not only one of the most whimsical and visually brilliant films you’ll ever see, but it’s also quite a biting commentary on society, consumerism and modernism. I really hope more people check this one out with this release!
