$SBUX just reported a miss on both the top and bottom line, sending the share price south by over 10% in after-hours. I haven't listened to the call yet, but I do plan on buying more first thing tomorrow AM — hopefully under $80/share. What's your take on the news?

Two dividend kings just announced dividend cuts: ✂️ $MMM announced an approximate 50% cut following their healthcare spin-off. More details to come. $LEG announced an 89% dividend cut, chopping it from $0.46 to $0.05. Personally, not surprised by either one of these.

This week's $SBUX purchase brought my average cost down to $89.58. Not bad, but I'd love to get this down to at least somewhere in the $85 range, which means we'll just have to buy, buy, buy. For my fellow $SBUX shareholders out there, what's your average cost right now?

Building wealth with dividend investing doesn’t have to be like finding a needle in a haystack. That’s one of the most underrated benefits of doing this, and I'm telling you more about it in this week's newsletter. retirewithryne.com/newsletter/und…
